Our Vision

What We Believe

Welcome to Elmer Presbyterian Church where we are dedicated to worshipping Jesus Christ, spreading His Word, making disciples, and impacting the community.  We are a community of faith dedicated to Showing people who Jesus is!

We are a community of faith that loves one another and cares for the needs of each other and those around us.  When one rejoices we all rejoice and when one suffers we all suffer. 

We are a missional community as we seek to help those around us through food donations, clothing donations, Operation Christmas Child Shoe Boxes, working with Family Promise in Glassboro, NJ and working with our Presbyterian Mission Giving.

We are a Matthew 25 Community in which we not only care for those we know but we reach out to those in need we are yet to meet.

The Great Commission is always why we do what we do: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.  And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”  Join us and serve with us as we learn how to be His disciples in an ever-changing world.  Develop a Heart for God and learn how exciting your life can be as you serve the Lord.

Our Leadership​

Rev. Janet Doyle

Senior Pastor

Pastor Janet has been at Elmer Presbyterian Church since September 2019.  She graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary and served as a Chaplain for one year at University of Virginia Medical Center.  She has been an Associate Pastor at First Presbyterian Church Merchantville, NJ; Pastor at Community Presbyterian Church of El Monte, CA; Co-Pastor with her husband at the International Church of Tajikistan, Central Asia for one year, and mission worker with her husband and family in Central Asia for nine years. 
Pastor Janet is married to Rev. Dwayne Doyle and they have two college-aged children.
Pastor Janet loves working with people of all ages and enjoys seeing them grow in their relationship with the Lord.  She also enjoys taking walks with her husband and their dog Annie, watching movies, reading and spending time with family.
